Justin has been in the financial services industry his entire career. He gained valuable experience working at prestigious firms such as Northwestern Mutual, Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley where he focused his time on managing complex financial, trust, and estate plans which included alternative investment strategies for multi-generational UHNW families. Prior to founding ICAS, he worked directly with Private Equity, Private Credit, Hedge Funds and Real Asset firms and played key roles in the IPO of firms such as Uber and others while working on the institutional side of the Industry.
